Our Management Team

Kelechi Uchenna

Managing Director

Kelechi Paul Uchenna is an Environmental Engineer, an ICT and Soft Skills Trainer and an Edtech Entrepreneur. Kelechi went to the prestigious Kings College Lagos, holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and a First-class master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Cyprus International University, Nicosia, North Cyprus.

Prior to running his own company, Kelechi worked in the oil and Gas sector as a Planner for IGPES (Inter Global Procurement and Engineering Services) from 2013 to 2014 where he executed large EPIC projects for IGPES, for example, the Amukpe Gas Compressor station, Sapele for Seplat. In 2015 he joined Shelf Drilling Offshore Services Nigeria Limited as a marine operations engineer on the Adriatic 1 got promoted to Drilling Operations engineer, and finally left shelf drilling in 2017 to play the role of Managing Director at Kelfin Kian Integrated Services.

Ifeyinwa Obianuju Uchenna

Chief Financial Officer

Obianuju Uchenna is a Delivery Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute. She is a structured financing expert and an experienced international development consultant and has worked for over 10 years delivering impact and leading transactions in the Emerging Markets.

Obianuju began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banker on their London office’s Equity Derivatives desk. While at Goldman, she advised Emerging Market clients and structured equity derivatives solutions to allow them to finance and manage illiquid equity positions. Additionally, she covered French Private Wealth clients and provided hedging derivatives against highly liquid equity stakes. Subsequent to her time at Goldman Sachs, Obianuju was the Chief ESG Officer at Avery Row, based in their Lagos office, where she spearheaded the development and implementation process of an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework for a credit-focused fund. As part of her role, she provided M&A and financing advice to clients based in Africa and coordinated and managed debt, equity and derivative transactions.

Obianuju holds an MA in French and Russian from the University of Oxford and a Double Master’s degree in International Development and International Affairs from Sciences Po in Paris and Columbia University in New York. She is also an avid linguist who speaks six languages, including fluent French, Russian and Spanish.

HSE Policy Statements

Kelfin-Kian Integrated Services HSE policy is to strive for excellence in all its activity including health, safety and environment (HSE) matters. 

  • Kelfin-Kian is fully committed to giving maximum priority to HSE and we will always take every reasonable and practicable step to prevent, control and eliminate work that can cause injury, illness, damage to property and pollution to the environment.
  • Kelfin-Kian shall provide all necessary resources, organization and training to all levels of staffs to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities in performing health, safety and environmental activities.
  • Kelfin-Kian shall ensure that the facilities it designs, builds, operates and the services it provides are always compliant with appropriate legal requirements and meet the best available practices in the industry.
  • Kelfin-Kian shall ensure that contingency plans are in place and maintained to deal with emergencies and shall periodically review the health, safety and environment management system and practices to ensure continual improvement.
  • Kelfin- Kian requires all its employees, working directly or indirectly with us to strictly always adhere to this policy to create an incident free work environment where nobody gets hurt.
